
Our principle service is 1-on-1 personal training, you and a trainer work on YOUR GOALS through YOUR PLAN. In recent years we've introduced additional services to benefit our clients lives. Our small group BootCamps have been developed because we had men and women that wanted an intense workout at a lower price than the 1-on-1 sessions. The mini-camps have become a staple service because of the Healthy Habits Community's positive response and support. On the horizon, we are developing bootcamp workouts and weight loss plans that we e-mail to you along with video coaching sessions.
The founder of Healthy Habits, Inc. is Frank Singletary. He has had his own struggles with his weight and at one time tipped the scales at 280lbs, (see more on this in 'About Frank'). Clients can be sure that the healthy habits he teaches are the same ones he strives to keep in his own life.
