Workout
"While We're Away Circuit" Workout
This workout was design for very little equipment to be used. You could use the follow equipment for the "While We're Away Circuit" workout:
1) Some Dumbbells or Stretch Tube or Weighted Bar or even a plastic bin with some water jugs in it.
Guys may need 10, 12, 15 or 20 lbers+
Gals may need 3, 5, 8, 10 or 12 lbers +
2) Floor Mat
3) Chair or a Bench
4) Some room to move

Neck & Shoulder Blade Mini Circuit
The corresponing video is a SIMPLE 3 movement curcuit. It's designed to strengthen the muscles of the shoulder blades and stretch the muscles of the neck and chest. These are a typical movements we use for clients that are enrolled in our therapeutic exercise service.
